Canfield Scientific accepts refunds for products returned within 15 days of delivery date when the products meet the return conditions outlined below.

All product returns received more than 15 days from date of delivery are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted on custom hardware. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed via company check. If a refund via credit card is required, the transaction is subject to a 5% service charge.

To return an item, contact customer service at 1-800-815-4330 or +1-973-434-1201 in advance to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Items can be returned only if unused and in the original packaging, including the associated product literature and instructions. Place the manufacturer’s box into a shipping box prior to mailing. Do not place any stickers or labels directly on the original manufacturer’s packaging. Ship the items back to Canfield Scientific at the address below. For your protection, insure the packaging for the value of the product(s) being returned. Canfield Scientific cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

No returns will be accepted without a Canfield-provided RMA number.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Canfield Scientific reserves the right to refuse the return.
